Refund & Return Policy (Physical Products Only)
At Adornami, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied with a physical item you’ve received, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
Return Process:

Email adornamillc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: Refunds are only applicable to physical products. All digital downloads and services are non-refundable.
